Highlights
I was elite British Duathlon champion in 2002 and 2003. I have represented Great Britain Elite team at every World and European Duathlon Championships since 2002. Prior to this I represented Great Britain at road running and England on the track and over cross-country. In 2004 I was ranked 13th In the ITU Duathlon World rankings. In 2005 I decided to focus on triathlon and won the Jordan's Bedford Classic Olympic Distance in 1hr 55.

In addition to my multisport participation I have a PhD in physical activity and young people, write monthly feature articles for Running Fitness magazine, and coach others towards their running, triathlon and duathlon goals
